The thesis deals with the problem of investigating psychological peculiarities of future specialists professional competence by foreign language means. The current state of studying the problem of future specialists professional competence by foreign language means has been analyzed. The psycho-pedagogical peculiarities of foreign language usage in the process of professional competence formation of subjects of teaching have been studied. The psycho-pedagogical conditions of effective future specialist professional competence formation have been determined, substantiated theoretically and examined experimentally. The model of future specialists professional competence formation by foreign language means have been worked out and varified experimentally. On the basis of the theoretical and experimental investigation the practical recommendations on the optimization of the process of future specialists professional competence formation by foreign language means for teachers of the higher educational establishments have been worked out.
