Object - process of the upper atmosphere meteoric sounding. The Aim - accuracy increasing of the upper atmosphere parameters determination by radiometeoric method, discovery factor influencing upon accuracy features of the meteoric radar. and which ignored in the classical methodology of the processing signal, reflected from meteoric trace. The Subject - an accuracy features meteoric radar and model of the radiowave reflection from meteoric trace. Methods - a heuristic, mathematical statistics, simulation modeling. The Results -is solved problem of the improvement meteoric radar for the reason increasing of accuracy of the determination upper atmosphere parameter by radio meteoric method.
