Object of research: process of state administration counteraction trading in women. Purpose: theoretical ground of mechanism of counteraction trading in women as an object of state administration and also development of the scientifically grounded recommendations on his improvement. Methods: historical and comparatively-legal, sociological researches, system-structural, analysis, design and synthesis. Results: theoretical bases of perfection of mechanism of state administration the process of prevention of trading in women are deep. Novelty: essence of process of prevention of trading in women is exposed as an object of state administration, the ways of perfection of mechanism of state administration the counteraction of trading of people are offered. It was implemented in activity of law enforcement authorities, at the revision of normatively-legal base and training of personnel for the law-enforcement system. Areas of use: public administration, territorial management, training and retraining of public servants and personnel of law enforcement authorities.
