Nevlad V. Creation of economic condition of functioning of the market of sunflower and products of its processing

Object of research: system of economic conditions of functioning of the market sunflower seeds and products of its processing in a steppe zone of Ukraine. The purpose of research: development and substantiation of the offers on improvement of formation of economic conditions functioning of the market sunflower seeds and products of its processing in a steppe zone of Ukraine. Methods: the system analysis, statistical-economic groupings, indexes, monographic, expert estimations, abstract-logic, structurally functional, graphic, system-functional, account-constructive, balance, comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: The thesis is devoted to the creation of economic conditions of functioning of the market of sunflower and products of its processing. Theoretical foundations of economic is functioning of sunflower and oil market are studied and generalized. Present-day state of sunflower seeds and oil production and its economic efficiency and competitiveness are researched and summed up. Mechanisms of state regulation of the market of sunflower seeds and oil aimed at ensuring stable prices and raising efficiency of foreign trade operations are worked out and improved. Cluster model in oil production subcomplex is developed. Scientific novelty: Some suggestions as to bringing into use the rational sowing areas of sunflower in the steppe zone of Ukraine, introduction of intensive technologies of production owing to the restoration of scientifically grounded agroeconomical and resource factors are worked out. Degree of introduction: the development and offers are used to Senior managements of agroindustrial development of the Kirovograd regional state administration, ООО "Spring" Golovanovsky region of the Kirovograd obast; are used in educational process Uman state agrarian university. Efficiency: use of results research will allow adequately to estimate conditions of manufacture both realization sunflower seeds and products of its processing according to conditions of the market.
