Majko M. Features of diagnostics and treatment of chronic placentary insufficiency at pregnant women at thyroid pathology.

Object - pregnant women with thyroid diseases and healthy pregnant women; purpose - improvement of diagnostics and treatments methods of chronic placentary insufficiency at thyroid on the basis of modern technologies, increase of treatments efficiency; methods - clinical-laboratory, biochemical, radioimmunologic, immunoferment, ultrasonic, doppler and cardiotocography, statistical. ; novelty - in work for the first time at a modern scientific-methodical level the new data on hormonal-metabolic infringements role in CPI development in pregnant women with thyroid pathology are received. The role membranodestrutive processes in development of chronic placentary insufficiency is revealed at thyroid diseases. For the first time the complex estimation ultrasonic, Doppler, cardiotocography data is carried out at chronic placentary insufficiency at pregnant women with thyroid pathology. Indications to correction of the revealed infringements of the hormonal status, processes of lipid peroxidation are determined at chronic placentary insufficiency at pregnant women with thyroid pathology. Application of preparation of a-lipoid acids – Berlition – for correction of infringements the LPO-AOPS is scientifically proved; results - are received new data, concerning CPI from pregnant women with thyroid pathology which allow to expand existing opportunities of conducting pregnancy at this women. Necessity of research of a hormonal-metabolic structure is proved at CPI and thyroid pathologies. The new drugs Berlition which promotes improvement of microcirculation, to oppression of processes the LPO and activation AOPS is introduced in tretment of chronic placentary insufficiency at pregnant women with thyroid pathology; introduction -the basic propositions were introduced in practice were introduced into work of maternity hospitals of Kharkov, Sumy and Kremenchug. Scientific working out and practical recommendations are introduced into pedagogical process of obstetrics and gynecology department of the Kharkov medical academy of postgraduate educations; sphere of application - medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
