The dissertation is concerned with hygienic evaluation of new pesticides for orchards protection, CHORUS 75 WG and MATCH 050 EC, and scientific substantiation of regulations for safe application of their active ingredients, cyprodinil and lufenuron. Acceptable daily intakes of cyprodinil and lufenuron for human, hygienic regulations of contents of given compounds in air of a working zone, atmospheric air, water of water reservoirs, soil, and foodstuffs (fruits, juices) have been substantiated. Working conditions under different modes of application of CHORUS 75 WG and MATCH 050 EC formulations for orchards treatment have been studied. Potential risk of adverse effect of cyprodinil and lufenuron for workers, who deal with formulations on their basis, have been assessed. Analytical methods for cyprodinil and lufenuron determination in environmental objects and products of gardening have been developed.
