The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the problem on the development of the future teacher's personal maturity withing professional training. General results of the theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the problem of personal maturity, peculiarities of personal maturity manifistation in adolescence and personal growth of the future teacher withing professional training are enlighted in the work. The possibility of the future teacher's personal maturity withing professional training by active methods of social and psycological training has been experimentally proved.
