Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of biologically active substances in leaves and husks of the grape species Isabella and Kaberne-Sovinion and to the creation drugs on their basis. The results of quantitative and quantitative analyses of main groups of biologically active substances: flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids, antocyans, tannins, oxalic acid, amino- and fat acids, macro- and microelements were represented. The 35 substances were isolated and identificated from studied raw material. The method of obtaining of Vitis vinifera leaves thick extract, species Isabella was developed, its hepatoprotective activity were determined. The immunostimulative activity for the grinded husks of the grape species Kaberne-Sovinion was determined. The draft sets of AND for the studied medicinal herb raw materials were developed.
