Scientific work is devoted to the decision of pressing question of modern obstetrics - to decrease in frequency of premature birth. By an author certain the basic echohisterographical and tonemetrical signs of anomaly of activity of uterus in a antenatal period at threatening premature births that offered ball estimation of degree of weight of violation of contractivity of uterus ay this pathology. It is led to that at the premature births DUC and/or GDC is the most widespread anomaly of activity of uterus on a background the promoted basis tone of uterus (60%). By the sensible indicators of functional state of the system maternal organism-placenta-fetal at the premature births threat is the following bioparameters; the type of HR variability, quantity of fetal GM, RM, index RM, idexes of vascular resistance in uterine arteries and artery of umbilical. The new approaches for the prediction and treatment of the premature delivery were developed in the thesis.
