Essay

It has been represented the pathohystological structure of endometrium hyperplasia in patients with extragenital pathology, its risk factors of development and analyzed the somatic pathology in woman wich suffer from this diseases. It has been clarified the peculiarity of hormonal changes, carrеd out the comparative analysis of informative diagnostic's methods of endometrium pathology on outpatient's level and its influence on a method of treatment. It has been observed increase of Ca2+,Mg2+-АТР activity of endoplasmatic reticulum in endometrium cells in complex nonatypical and complex atypical endometrium hyperplasia, adenomatosis polips that look like as a nonfavourable feature of precancer transformation. Well-founded way to valuation of treatment effectiveness of endometrium hyperplastics connected with extragenital pathology was proposed.
