The Thesis is dedicated to study of the particularities of the clinical evaluation of the eczema, their dependencies upon pathological of the breaches and searching for of the multifunctional method to correcting the installed changes. The studies on patients with Eczema have shown an increase in sigma-ESR and a decrease in CP- level in the serum. The Degree of these change depends on clinical evaluation of the disease. The decrease of CP level, is being integral component of the AOS, in serum also depends on particularities of the clinical evaluation of the disease. The most deep fall of concentrations of the enzyme is established in patient, sufferings micotic variant of the pathological process. The fall of CP level is less recognized in patients with microbial, true, varicose and dishydrotic eczema. It Is Tracked also well-marked dependency to activities of the enzyme from inflammatory phenomenas. So, acute and subacute stages of the disease the reduction CP level greatly exceeds such under chronic current dermatoses.
