Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of theoretical, methodological and practical problems of the mechanism of state regulation of agricultural products import to Ukraine. The necessity of import regulation by the state is proved. The directions of organizational and economic mechanism of state import regulation as a system balanced with legal mechanism development have been proved. It is offered: to create State agricultural multifunctional incorporated association (DSBOA (or Derzhbas); “method of the import experiment”; “effect of superprofit redistribution”. The methods of estimation and approaches formation of state regulation of agricultural products import as systems with all their components are proved for.
