The Dissertation is dedicated to the aspect of prinsiples of speech stylization in Mykhailo Stelmah’s prose. In the work it has been observed the concept of spoken language in the aspect of history and stylistics of the Ukrainian. It’s been characterized specification of meaning transformations of stylisically colouring of soken units that are created according to special bias of the author; the stylistic functions of spoken emotionally exspressive lexics; traditional and occasional word-formation models colloqually colored lexical units of spoken origin have been investigated.
