Pustovoyt I. Prophylaxis and rehabilitation therapy of complications of acute epididymoorchitus in men of fertile age

In the thesis the expediency of application in a clinical practice of complex methods of prophylaxis of early and late complications in patients with acute epididymoorchitus in all phases of inflammatory process in testes and appendages with use of antibiotics, hyperbaric oxygenation is proved by means of clinical and experimental researches. The application of model of the toxico-caused damage of testes and appendages is established for use of preparations with the action directed to pathogenesis. The expediency of application of hyperbaric oxygenation and systemic enzymotherapy simultaneously with antibiotics is proved in a clinical practice for prophylaxis of progress of infectious inflammatory process in the acute period of disease for patients with acute epididymoorchitus. For prophylaxis of development of connective tissue atrophy of testes and appendages , оligo-and azoospermy the expediency of application of isoflavons from an extract of soy (EXSO) in a doze 0,5 three times a day during 30 daysand application of Kuyalnick mud (fango) is proposed for patients with acute epididymoorchitus.
