The dissertation is devoted to an estimation of diagnostics and operative methods of treatment of nodules formations a thyroid gland on the basis of studying the remote re-sults.545 patients with nodules formations a thyroid gland in the remote terms are sur-veyed. From them 4 groups have been generated: in the first groups of the first (patients with good-quality nodules formations a thyroid gland - GQNFTG) and (patients with a cancer of a thyroid gland - CTG) parts are executed by the second traditional operations, in the second groups of both parts the resection of a share of a thyroid gland with a tumour by a technique developed in clinic is executed.Analyzing retrospectives duration the anamnesis of patients CTG 1-2 stages and GQNFTG have not been established by the second authentic distinctions in subjective dis-plays of illness. It is established, that the most informative method of diagnostics is his-tologic express train - research.After traditional operations concerning GQNFTG relapses are marked at 2,7 % of patients, after operations on the way offered by us - at 1,65 %. After operations concern-ing CTG - at 4,4 % and 4,0 % accordingly. At GQNFTG hypothyroidism after traditional operations met in 1,2 %, the ambassador organeguards the operations executed on our way, cases hypothyroidism were not, at CTG hypothyroidism was observed in 81,1 % and 1,3 % accordingly. It allows to reconsider becoming traditional volumes of operative in-tervention at CTG.
