The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Ukraine participation in the Organization as a member state as well as the use of the OSCE institutions for the implementation of the Ukraine's Eurointegration policy. Having joined the Conference for Security and Co-operation in Europe in January 1992, nowadays Ukraine is considered to be one of the most active participants of the Helsinki process.
