Object of research were 128 patients with hypertonic illness І-ІІ stages with an arterial hypertensia of 1-3 degrees, and practically healthy 35 person, made con-trol group. 62 persons in quality antihypertension accepted therapies enalapril within 6 months. 66 person accepted moexipril during the same time interval.Control researches were carried out before and after the beginning of reception of preparations.Studying a functional condition vascular endotelium under the contents of endotelinum-1,oxides of nitrogen,albuminum in urine is lead.Besides investigated activity generation processes of free radicals and a functional condition trombocites,it was studied vascular- trombocites interaction.It is established,that for hypertonicillness(HI)authenticchanges condition of vascular endotelium which are expressed in the increased development endotelinum-1 and decrease contents of oxides of nitrogen in peripheral blood are characteristic.The data reach a maximum at 3 degrees AH and progress with the years.
