The dissertation highlights difficult and controversial problem of the civil aspects of leasing in the legal field of Ukraine. The question of the common origin of leasing, its appearance and development, is explored. Special emphasis is paid to research of scientific-legal and practical issues of the institute of leasing in Ukraine, namely: the notion of leasing and its legal control, the structure of contractual links and the place of agreement of the financial leasing in the system of civil treaties, the matter of the agreement of financial leasing.
