Essay

The thesis devoted to regulations of advertising by Civil Law through its history, modern being and system of sources. It defines the Advertising Law body, outlines the participant's circle of advertising, and determines the subjective right to advertise in its active and passive forms. The basic terms of advertising contract were researched, the complex character of it was underlined. A protection of intellectual privacy objects in advertising relations was examined. The possibilities of subjective rights protection were searched; the peculiarities of civil responsibility in advertising were established.
