Essay

Object of research is the process of magnetic field and ferromagnetic bodies interaction in the corn materials flows. Aim of research is increasing of corn materials due to usage of improved electromagnetic separators, developed on the base of theory of ferromagnetic bodies motion in ferromagnetic field. Methods of research are classical laws of physics (mechanics, electrical engineering), methods of mathematical modeling of processes and units, methods of statistical data processing. Practical results include development of method of calculation of electromagnetic separator separate assemblies and constructions, designing of devices for ferromagnetic bodies separation, main advantage of whiels is saving of electrical and technical materials. Scientific hovolty is flat dependence of current strength in separator winding on distance of ferromagnetic body related to magnetic pole of electrical magnet is received, that enables to connect main electrical and technological parameters of electromagnetic separator of ferromagnetic bodies out of corn materials under known or before hand geven electrical and technological parameters has been fuither developed, that enabled developing of correspondent technical devices. The branch is processing of core materials.
