Martyn V. The right of enjoyment of someone else’s property

The thesis is devoted to comprehensive (complex) research of legal regulation of enjoyment of someone else’s property relations in Ukraine and peculiarities of the right of enjoyment of someone else’s property under the norms of law of property and law obligation. The substance of the right of enjoyment of someone else’s property is revealed and grounds of origin and legal nature of this right are analysed in the thesis.Gaps and inaccuracies in the institution of special property were displayed and suggestions concerming elimination of them are stated based on the Ukrainian legislature analysis. The substance and peculiarities of hirer’s and subhirer’s rights, user of asset peculiarities under the contract of hire and other types of lease were defined during the research of the right of enjoyment of someone else’s property under the contract.
