Thesis is dedicated to the problem of the increase of effectiveness of adenomyosis treatment resulting from advancing and introducing into clinical practice holistic approach to diagnostics and treatement of adenomyosis as well as prediction and prevention of thromboembolic complications of this pathology. It has been determined that thrombophilically significant risk factors for women suffering from adenomyosis are: age over 40, smoking, uterine leiomyoma, cardiovasculad diseases (hypertension, varicosity) and severe extragenital pathology, hormonal medication. It has been prooved that adenomyosis patients have negative changes in hemostasis; CA 125 concentration is beign devated; considerable changes are noticed in the state of lipid peroxidation system and antioxydant defence.Endocryosurgical treatement of adenomyosis is effective in 96% of cases. Reduction of lipid peroxidation product level, normalization of antioxidant defence system data, normalization of dopplarometric investigation of blood flow to uterine vessels and CA 125 oncomarker titers testify to definitive treatement and absence of active process.Integrated approach to prediction and prevention of thromboembolic complications in adenomyosis patients allows to prevent such complications in 100% of cases.
