Essay

The scientific decision of an actual problem of dermatovenerology which is expressed in development of pathogenetic approaches to treatment of patients with feet mycosis is presented in the dissertation. Optimization of the pharmacological approach for the decision of an existing problem is consisted in complex treatment of patients with feet mycosis with use of local antimycotic agents in a combination with peroral reception of nicotinic acid. By the given research have also solved a problem of causality of develop-ment feet mycosis in persons after the stressful reactions arising as result of dister-bance of antimycotic resistance at hypercorticoidism, inhibition of receptors to the С5-component of complement on monocytes and neutrophiles, negative influence of antigenes Tr. Rubrum on receptor activity of immunocompetent cells.
