The thesis is devoted to decrease the number of hormone disturbances in ovaries and mammary glands, improve the quality of life of fertile females after hysterectomy. The method allows to raise the rate of normal ovaries echostructure on 58%, decrease the rate of gypotrophic ovaries on 25,7% and the rate of cystic ovaries on 32,1%, and also to decrease the amount disgormonal diseases of mamma glands on 59,2%
