Essay

The thesis is devoted to improve the effectiveness of early diagnosis, prediction and pathogenetic well-grounded approaches to prophylaxis of preeclampsia, which is based on varied estimation of immunological and haemodynamical disturbances in high risk pregnancies. The index of complex sensibilization and the average pressure available for glomerular filtration were used in calculation of math formula for prediction of preeclampsia. The result to carrying out of math model of prognosis with supplementation of antyhomotoxic medicine to standard schema prophylaxis was the decrease of severe preeclampsia and negative perinatal outcomes.
