Vasylkevych K. The main principles of diagnosis and surgical treatment of retroperitoneal nonorganic neoplasms

The object is the treatment patients with nonorganic retroperitoneal neoplasms; the aims to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis and surgical treatment of the patients with nonorganic retroperitoneal neoplasms; the methods are general clinic, endoscopic, radiologic, pathogystologic ones, as well as statistic analysis; the new approach lies in the analysis of the effectiveness of the contemporary diagnostic methods, as well as in the establishment of the different variants of tumor localization and it’s influence on the surgery radicality; the medial localization of the neoplasms was first defined; the indications for the surgical treatment of the retroperitoneal neoplasms were broadened. As the results the diagnostic and treatment algorithm for revealing and verification of the retroperitoneal tumors was suggested. The amplification was done in the surgical clinics.
