Chernelevska O. Competition legislation of Ukraine: forming, contents and development.

Basic theoretical principles of transformation of antitrust legislation in competition legislation, prohibitive and control norms on economic concentration, administrative-commercial sanctions for violation of competition legislation and foreign experience of the legal regulation of competition are analysed in the dissertation. There are offered classification and systematization of legal norms of competition legislation on traditional and untraditional criteria, formulated concrete recommendations in relation to his perfection, in particular, are grounded formulated scientifically changes to the row of the articles of the Commercial Code of Ukraine, and also prepared scientific model of Draft Law of Ukraine "On Making of Amendments and Supplements to Law of Ukraine "On Defence of Economic Competition".
