Essay

The object is a scientific activities of the quoters of Konstanz school. The aim is to detect receptive guidelines in the literary studies of Germany and the USA in typological interrelationship. The methods are genetical, contact, typological analysis, descriptive and system technique. The genesis of receptive literary studies is demonstrated, the main periods in the development of this direction are singled out, their specifics is shown, the purpose and means of the receptive approach to the study of literature are defined, the main categories of "aesthetics of reception" are explained. This work is an attempt to solve the problem of typological interrelationship of receptive criticism and other critical directions. Sphere of use is the training courses.
