Maltseva T. The complex cure of the complicated forms of chlamydiosis by the spiramycine combined with the laser therapy

The thesis is dedicated to the appearance of the inflammatory and histomorphologic modifications in the wall of the women uterine tubes with the complicated forms of chlamydiosis, and also to the use of the complex cure of men with the complicated forms of chlamydiosis by the spiramycine combined with the laser therapy using the device "Mustang-2000" (Russia). The first time the complex evaluation of the structural and functional modifications in the tubes of the women uterine with chlamydiosis salpingitis was given. It was ascertained, that morphological modifications in the women uterine tubes not always suit to salpingitis heaviness, what proceeded latent and low-symptomatic in the most of cases. But the correlation is observed between clinical and morphological indexes of the salpingitis heaviness, what witnesses that chlamydiosis salpingitis is not revealed always clinically, leading to the tube sterility and/or extra-uterine pregnancy. Taking into account the structural modifications in the tissues of the genitals with the chlamidia infection the original method of using the spiramycine combined with the laser therapy in case of the complicated chlamydiosis was created. The therapeutical effect is achieved in 130 (92,3%) of 147 patients.
