Nebesna V. Physiological and hygiene ground of prophylaxes influence of cooling microclimate up on workers of coal concentration factories

Object - the workers of coal concentration factories (CCF) in the process of labour. Purpose - to give complex physiological and hygienic estimation of worker's conditions in coal concentration factories and found preventive means against inferable cooling microclimate. Methods - hygienic, physiological and psychological, medical and statistical mathematic modeling. Results - the labour conditions of workers CCF pertains injuries of the first degree; dominating part in formation of unfourable conditions of labour the cooling microclimate plays; elaborated the methods of determination of types of mobility of persons in rapidness of corresponding reaction on thermal irritant; ways of increasing of human staunchness to the influence of cobling production microclimate. Novelty - for the first time is given the integral physiological and hygienic estimation of labour conditions and ascertained dominating part of cooling microclimate in formation of unfavorable conditions of labour CCF workers; for the firsttime determined that wider influence of cooling microclimate the thermal state of the workers is worsening and sick rate of organs of respiration is increasing; for the first time marked out the types of human thermoreactive mobility in rapidness of corresponding reaction on thermal (cooling) irritant: mobile, mixed and torpedo; for the first time is demonstrated physiological and medical - and - social effect individualized according to the time of the thermal influence according to the types of thermoreactive mobility. Introduced in the coal CCF "Tchumakivska" (Donetsk), in Dnipropetrovsk state sanitary epidemiological station, in Kharkiv state medical university, in Donetsk national university in CRI of medical and ecological problems of Donbass and coal production.
