Essay

The original biotechnology of the tobacco heredity changing by using of the preparations of exogenous DNA , isolated from salt tolerant Solanum nigrum L., has been elaborated. To get the importance and selective changes of yellow-leaf tobacco cultivar (with early ageing of the leaves of inferior and medium layers of plants), the nighshade DNA are used in complex with plasmid DNAs, purificated from pCAMVNEO and pTi8628, and are alkylated by thiophosphamide. The photosynthetic pigment contents during development in the three generations of selected plant lines have been investigated by using the spectrophotomeric method and the two dimentional chromatography. The productivity of these plants, them salt tolerancy and resistancy to envimental viruses infection have been studied also. The salt tolerant plant lines with the inherited changes of leaves coloration, the altered photosynthetic pigments content and conservation of chlorophylls in leaves of medium layers of plants to blooming time and alsowith more rapid development and high productivity have been selected.
