Vojno-Danchyshyna O. The regulation of legal education and science in Russia in the 19th century with reference to Ukrainian provinces.

The dissertation is devoted to studying the regulation process of legal education and researcher training for Universities and lyceums in Russia throughout the 19th century. The rules and regulations of legal education have been generalized and methodized, the main stages of their development connected with the status of universities and lyceums have been described. The regulation of scientific and pedagogical personnel training and employing has been analyzed. The peculiarity of awarding a degree on specialties of law have been defined. The legal position of Richelieu and Nezhinskiy lyceums have been described. On the grounds of the results achieved scientific theoretical and practical recommendations as for education system updating and researcher training programs in Ukraine have been proved.
