Ol'khovyk L. Personal non-property rights of the child according to the Civil Law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the personal non-property rights of the child on the basis of constructions of civil law and the doctrine of natural law. The empirical base of the research is divided into: histori-cal-legal, the common concerning a legal status of the physical person and special concerning the contents of the personal non-property rights of the child. The author considers that the material and mental condition of the child determines realization of the personal non-property rights of children, corresponds to the legal nature of the right and duty for education. In this connection the attention is paid to the application of the word "child" to persons of different age by the legislation that requires its concrete defini-tion and in particular it is offered to introduce into domestic legal science concept "teenager" and "juvenile completely capable physical person ".
