Object of the study: The state of the system mother-placenta-fetus in pregnant with varicose disease, early neonatal period of the newborns. Purpose of the study: To improve the consequences of delivery of the mother and the fetus in women with varicose disease by means of improvement of the methods of early diagnosis and correction of disorders in the system mother-placenta-fetus during the pregnancy. Methods of the study: Clinical, biochemical, instrumental (ultrasonography, hysterography, Doppler ultrasound Practical significance: The peculiarities of the pregnancy course, delivery and neonatal period will allow to optimize treatment tactics in pregnant with varicose disease depending on the term of the disease symptoms, as this group of women has a higher incidence of gestation complications due to disturbances of adaptation processes on the system and cellular levels. With the purpose to improve therapeutic measures in pregnant with VD it is recommended to administer Chofitol in the 3rd trimesteragainst a background of complex treatment of varicose disease and gestation complications. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time it was established that in women with varicose disease the signs of which are due to the present pregnancy, complicated pregnancy, placenta dysfunction and unfavorable labor consequences are present more frequently, when compared with the women in whom the signs of varicose disease are not associated with the present pregnancy. For the first time, it was proved that in the processes of adaptation of pregnant with varicose disease, a definite role is played by the changes of vegetative balance and neurohumoral regulation. It was shown that disorders of peripheral hemodynamics promote reduction in the blood in-flow to the peripheral tissues including placenta, thus creating the conditions for placenta dysfunction progress. A complex of therapeutic-preventive measures for correction of disorders in the system mother-placenta-fetus in pregnant with varicose disease including antioxidants was substantiated.
