Beitsun І. The association of legal entities in civil law: comparative legal analysis.

The present research is dedicated to the elaboration of the theoretical basis and formulation of the conceptual framework of the civil legal regulation of the associations of the legal entities in Ukraine on the basis of the comparative legal analysis. This thesis sets up the starting points determining the civil legal status of the associations, examines their essence, concept and kinds, analyses the aspect of their legal personality. While conducting the present research the author determined the legal nature of the relationship between the participants of a group of legal entities, based upon which the main grounds of the civil legal responsibility in such relationships were substantiated. The author revealed the essential characteristics of the legal status of affiliated companies and determined specific character of the particular kinds of associations. Based upon the theoretical statements justified in this thesis the author formulated the proposals on the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine.
