Об'єкт дослідження - the criminal procedure relations in sphere of protection of the minors charged. Мета дисертації - engineering of essential supplement and updating of the concept of protection of the rights of the minor charged in criminal procedure court procedure for use it in the acting criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and judicial opinion. Методи дослідження - dialectic, system analysis, legallistic, comparative, sciences methods. Наукова новизна - is proved and "protection", "the right of defence in the criminal procedure", "legal representative" is offered author's edition of concepts; the definition of feature of ensuring of the right of the minors on protection is perfected; a parity of moral and legal ambushes of conducting of separate investigatory actions. Практичне значення - the results, received by the author, of research can be used: in legislative job - at modification and supplements in acting CPC of Ukraine; in practical activity of bodies of pre-trial inquest and prosecutor's office; in educational process; in methodical activity - by preparation of the appropriate manuals and tutorials at the rate "the criminal Procedure of Ukraine", lectures, methodical recommendations. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the recommendations worded in job, are introduced into practical activity ID MD MIA of Ukraine in one Kiev (act from 15.12.2005) and MID MIA of Ukraine (act from 28.11.2005). Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and the offers have received a positive rating of the experts. Сфера використання - сriminal procedure activity of the law-enforcement agencies of Ukraine, legislative and educational process.
