Object of research: relations in proprietorship, utilization and management of land resources in agrarian sector of Lviv region. The purpose of research: working out theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of the development of land relations in the agrarian sector of economy and formulation of agricultural lands market. Methods: systematical and structural; abstractional and logical; analysis and synthesis; comparative analysis; economico-statistical; calculative and constructional; monographical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical and methodological basis of the research is formulated by the fundamental ideas of economics and systematically-dialectical approach to learning economic events and phenomena concerning the sphere of agrarian lands use; scientific works; legislative and normative acts of Ukraine on lands relations in agriculture. Practical value of the achieved results may be illustrated by the fact that their use will allow to raise the efficiency and intensity of the lands use in the regional agrarian sector. Research novelty: to solve the problems of sharing, the thesis was the first to suggest and ground the idea of formulating the exchange lands fund within the local councils. The research improves the principles of setting the payment sum for the rent based on contract and market approaches. Scientific approaches concerning the lowermost points of the lands shares market value and of level of agricultural lands rent payment for the nearest future considering the actual land use factor got their continuation. Some ideas on the use of the correcting coefficient when collecting the fixed agricultural tax are also presented here. The tax sum here depends upon the money value of land resources owned by the businesses. The degree of introduction: the research’s results take for introduction the main board of agro-industrial development of Lviv State regional administrations, the board of agro-industrial development of Govkva district State administration of Lviv region, the Lviv main regional of land resources, and in the lectural course of Lviv State Agrarian University are used. Efficiency: the research’s results prove the concept of raising efficiency of land resources use in the agrarian sector by improving relations of lands rent and development of the system of economic turnover of agricultural lands.
