Research object: socio-economic relations which determine the process of recreation of rural labour potential in the conditions of transformation of the economic system; research purpose: the purpose of dissertation research is development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to the rational use of rural labour potential; methods: as system analysis, statistics-economic, abstractly logical, calculation-structural, monographic method; theoretical and practical results: the scientific value of the got results consists in tomu, that an author got new theoretical and methodical decisions, directed on development of economic science in direction of the rational use of rural labour potential, are scientifically grounded. The practical value of the got results consists in because the suggestions developed in dissertation are in relation to the increase of efficiency of the use of rural labour potential, will be instrumental in the optimum use of labour potential, increase of amount of workplaces on the rural market of labour, to the increase of economic efficiency of agriculture; scientific novelty: the features of socio-economic category are first certain "rural labour potential", taking into account functioning and development of rural territories in the conditions of agroindustrial integration and relations of markets; methodical approaches are improved to the calculation of potential of economic activity of population, algorithm of determination of integral index of the use of resources of labours in an agricultural production, scientific bases of prognostication of employment of rural population in an agricultural production; suggestions are developed in relation to expansion of sphere of appendix of labour of rural population on the basis of forming in district centers and rural locality of network of attendant and purveying-sales cooperative stores, rural centers of services, complex development of market and social infrastructure; organizationally-economicprinciples of forming of the consultative-informative system purchased subsequent development in the agrarian sphere of economy; efficiency: research results ground conception of the rational use of rural labour potential due to development as agricultural so un agricultural spheres of appendix of labour on a mud flow, social infrastructure and sphere of way of life; sphere, industry of the use: main administration of agroindustrial development of region and district state administrations, educational process in educational establishments.
