Globinets M. The reforming of agriculture enterprises in ARC and its influence on their economic effect

The model of complex analysis of activity new organizations and lowing forms on the basis of forward comparison of their activity with work of collective farms and state farms is first offered in dissertation; between itself on every organizations and lowing group; expert estimation of risk of carrying out reform is given in Ukraine and its influence on economic and social spheres; specified: basis criteria of reformation of ARC in Ukraine and abroad; charts of leasing for the agrarian sector of economy by creation of the State leasing fund and regional leasing funds; further development was got: development of subsidizing of agricultural producers by forming of the government programs of financing of industries in the cut of regions and forming of necessities in facilities from a top to the bottom; method of estimation of level of the financial state and degree of potential bankruptcy of enterprise; index method of analysis of levels of development of regions on economic, social and ecological criteria
