Operation and development management processes of domestic enterprises under market economy. Scientific generalization of theoretical principles of forming a balanced system of enterprise management and substantiation of methodical and practical recommendations concerning its application. Methods of observation and comparison, formalization, analysis and synthesis, experts' judgments. The conception of balanced system of enterprise management based on the ground of hierarchy of forming of its elements and adequacy to the conditions of enterprise functioning in its external and internal environment according to the determined criteria is proposed. The methodical approach relative to the characteristic and application of changes to the management system elements influenced by exogenous and endogenous factors are adapted to the practical ussage. Practical recommendations conceerning forming a balanced management system of domestic enterprises are applied.
