This Dissertation is devoted to investigation of scientific task of the pedagogical competence formation in the work of future masters of military management by means of technology personal education. In the investigation were analyzed a theoretical aspect of the problem, exposed the essence, content, structure of the pedagogical competence of future masters of military management. It was fixed criterions of the education of future masters of military management. The index and features of the levels of its dtvtlopment were defined for the realization of diagnostics. The results of the work have found practical utility in work out in the military pedagogical process and personal education of future masters of military management.
