Enhancement of production technology of axis-symmetric details made from powders produced from industrial wastes with using of stamping by puncheons that are not entering into the cavity of matrix at the elevated temperature and ultimate deformation degree and also development of method of calculation of operating parameters of technological process. The influence of elevated temperature, strain rate and deformation degree to plasticity, deformation resistance and properties of porous bodies were investigated at deformation during upsetting and forging inside the die by puncheons that are not entering at the cavity of matrix. The mathematical model of forging by puncheons that are not entering at the cavity of matrix is developed for calculation of stress-strain state of samples with taking into account pore-formation. The technology of production of axis-symmetric details is developed with using forging as basic operation. The details produced by this technology are implemented to industry.
