It was established that early development of ovary exhaustion syndrome after hysterectomy along with manifestation of climacteric syndrome is common in women with arterial hypertension.The necessity and clinical efficacy of climacteric syndrome treatment with combined HRT, with antialdosteronic activity progestagen in women with arterial hypertension after hysterectomy have been proved.In case of contraindications for oral HRT intake use of non-hormonal complex alone or in combination with transdermal estradiol has been proposed for the treatment of this women category.
