Essay

For the first time 51 substances were synthesized and charac terized. By using N-acetylphenyl-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzamides in reactions with hydroxylamine, isocyanates, thiosemicarbazide, phenylhydrazine their chemical transformations were studied oximes, carbamoyloimes, biscarbamoyloximes, thiosemicarbazone, phenylhydrazone were otained correspondingly. Their neuroleptic, antimicrobic, genomoprotecting, anti-inflammatory and analgetic actions were studied. The results obtained in the work gave possibilities to find the perspective compound - halotrank - with properties of unspecific tranquillizer. Methods of pharmaceutical analysis were developed as well as analytical - normative documentation for the substance and medicin (tablets of galotrank).
