In the dissertation the theoretical and methodical approaches to forming and utilization of economic potential of industrial enterprise are elaborated using the defining by a correlational - regressional simulation the situational set of influential factors of enterprise economic potential (in operations, labour and finance). The scientifically substantiated applicable suggestions, aiming the improvement of forming and utilization of functional components of enterprise potential, are developed. The model of forming (forecasting) of operational, labour and financial potential of enterprises in machinery building is developed using the revealed dynamics of influential factors.
