The harmful effect of derivatives of sulfonilurea by the indices what characterize free radical biochemical and immune homeostasis has been examined in the subchronic toxicological experiment. It has been proved benefits and advantages of their usage in the estimation of permissible level of influence of sulfonilurea derivatives at working people. Research methods: toxicological, biochemical, immunologic, hematological and statistical. The concept of mechanism of biological effect of examined herbicides by characteristics of influence on lipid peroxidation intensity, oxidative modification of proteins and antioxidant activity has been expanded. The mode of determination of threshold adverse effect of sulfonilurea derivatives as a basis for substantiation acceptable influence their level at working people has been developed. It has significant for guarantee of safety conditions work and maintenance of health. As a result of represented research it has been taken out a patent of Ukraine on utility model№12064UA and have been published 2 informative letters.
