Essay

The main aim of the dessertation is the synthesis of new high performance and low toxic compounds whith potential antimicrobial, diuretic, analeptic, antivirus, anticonvulsion activities among the 5-(furan-2-il)-4R-1,2,4-triazole-3-thions, and their S-derivatives, establishing of regularity of ties between chemical structure and biological effect, recommending before clinical actions of new effective drugs. 2- 5-(furan-2-il)-2H-1,2,4-triazols-3-ilthio acetas acids piperidining salt, which has express antivirus effect and 2- 5-(furan-2-il)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazols-3-ilthio -1-(4-clorphenylethanons), which has anticonvulsion activities.
