The object of research is mind in social-cultural representations. The aim is to learn general tendencies of self-determination of mind. The methods of the work are comparative-historical, systematic-theoretikal, phenomenological. The theoretical results of the thesis and their novelty. For the first time philosophical-anthropological conception of self-determination of mind is developed, criteria of mind are concretized, the field of mind creativity is determined, the role of semantic convergation is revealed.
