Podkorytova L. Individual and typological features of life choices anticipation in university graduates

The dissertation deals with the problem of forming of life choices anticipation in university and college graduates and its typology. An attempt was made to generalize the available theoretical and methodological sources presenting research in this problem. Conducted was the comparative analysis of the notions of "anticipation" and "forecasting". The structure of the anticipation ability was developed that includes such complex constituents as intuitiveness, logic reasoning, and creativity. The evidence is given that the level of anticipation ability determines the individual's life choices capability. Elicited and described were the types of the life choices anticipation ability: intuitive-creative, balanced, and logical-creative. The data obtained underlie the model of life choices anticipation developed by the author, as well as the program of students' anticipation ability promotion that was suggested and tested by the author. The findings of the research can be used as differential diagnostic criteria for assessment of life choices anticipation ability, and the suggested training program can be used for forming of this ability in higher education institutions graduates.
