Was investigated methodical foundations of infestation environment function, its place and role in the innovation development system of enterprises, was substantiated efficiency and risks main factors of different subjects of infestation activity, was determined application spheres and possibilities to use economical appreciated methods of infestation projects results in coordination with the different interests of their participants.Was realized problematic analyze of Ukrainian infestation climate, was appreciated situation and perspectives for using infestation potential of enterprises in Zaporishzky region, was analyzed innovation infestation activity and dynamic of enterprises development of food industry in region.Was substantiated economic mathematic instrument of interpretation subjects expectations of infestation activity, was proposed methodical bases for appreciate innovational development processes of enterprises, was improved procedures of infestation projects's administrative basic onmodel coordination interests of their participants, was given the results of worked up model approbation.
